Birth Consultation Package:

I offer this package to families planning to deliver without a doula. It will include 2 prenatal visits to help educate and prepare you for your labor and birth.

The First Prenatal Visit: together we will create a birth plan by discussing pain coping practices, comfort measures, medication preferences, and how to advocate for yourself during labor.

The Second Prenatal Visit:  we will discuss any new concerns or questions you may have and review your birth plan.  We will cover signs of labor, how to time contractions, when to go to hospital, what to expect in the postpartum period, basic breastfeeding tips and newborn care.
